Shipping and Returns

Shipping

Your order will normally be shipped within 5-10 days after ordering. Our shipping partner is PostNL. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking code. Shipping should take 1-2 day(s) for orders in the Netherlands, for shipping times to all other countries, please see: https://www.postnl.nl/en/customer-service/international-delivery-times-post-and-parcels/

Returns

If you’d like to return your order, please contact [email protected]. We only accept returns of games that have not been opened or played and only within 30 days after the order has been delivered. If the seal of the box has been broken or if the ‘sign-up code’ has been used, we will not offer a refund. Refunds will be made to the credit card or bank account used for the payment after we have received the parcel. Shipping cost and import duties will not be refunded. If you’d like us to provide you with a return label for the shipment, the costs for the return shipment will also be deducted from the refund. Refunds will be made within 30 days after we have received the parcel.

Payment

Payment methods

We accept payment via credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), Apple Pay, Google Pay and iDeal. We use Stripe as a payment provider.

Import duties & taxes

The price for your order includes taxes, but for orders outside the EU you might have to pay import duties. Please check with your local tax authority whether this is the case.

Invoice

Our payment provider provides a receipt for all payments. If you would like a tax invoice for your order, please contact [email protected]. For all non-EU shipments include an invoice is provided with the parcel for import duties.
